Your account details (email, name), your business information, the photos and product details you upload, the ads and campaigns you create, and your usage of AI features (so plan limits work). Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
To provide the service: generating your ads, saving your library, running your campaigns, and sending account emails you need (trial reminders, receipts, payment notices). We use AI providers to generate content from your photos and briefs. We never sell your personal data.
Account emails (trial reminders, billing notices, receipts) are separate from marketing emails. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our sender identity; unsubscribing from marketing never stops the account emails that affect your money or access.
If you connect Google Ads, Meta or a store, we store the access tokens encrypted and use them only for the actions you ask for. You can disconnect anytime, which deletes the stored tokens.
From the billing page you can export all your data as a file, or delete your account and everything in it permanently. Cancelling a subscription never deletes your data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to your businesses is restricted to you and people you invite, and secrets like integration tokens are stored with additional encryption.
