AdPilot AI helps you create advertising for your business: you upload product photos, our AI generates ad images, text and campaign drafts, and you approve anything before it goes live or costs money. Nothing is published or charged to an ad platform without your explicit approval.
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a payment card when you start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan renews automatically at the monthly price shown at signup. We'll email you once a day during the last 3 days of your trial so the charge never surprises you. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — it takes one click and keeps your access until the paid period or trial ends. See our Refund Policy for details.
You own your photos, creatives and business data. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service (generating ads you asked for). We never sell your data or use your creatives to advertise other businesses.
AI can make mistakes. We never invent prices, claims or product details on purpose, and we flag anything the AI couldn't verify — but you're responsible for reviewing and approving ads before they run, and for making sure your advertising complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
Ad spend on Google, Meta or other platforms is billed by those platforms directly, under your agreements with them. AdPilot AI never charges your ad accounts without your confirmation.
When you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of your paid period or trial. Your creatives, library and account data stay available — nothing is deleted because you cancelled. You can export all your data anytime from the billing page, and you can delete your account entirely whenever you want.
Don't use AdPilot AI for illegal products, deceptive advertising, spam, or to violate ad platform policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we provide it "as is" and aren't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits) or for decisions made by ad platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use AdPilot AI after that means you accept the new terms.
